Aboutaleb Gerailou stated: "After receiving an emergency report through the 1550 system regarding a fishing boat with three occupants being trapped and their inability to return to shore, the Nowshahr Port Maritime Rescue Coordination Center (MRCC) immediately dispatched the rescue vessel Naji 6 to the reported location."

He added: "The fishing boat was trapped in rough sea conditions in the area of Chalus line 8, approximately five nautical miles west of Nowshahr Port. After arriving at the area, the search and rescue team identified the boat and rescued all three of its occupants."

Gerailou continued: "One of the occupants had sustained injuries to the hand and nose during the incident. After transferring the rescued individuals to Nowshahr Port, initial medical measures were carried out by the port's HSE team, and the injured individual was transferred to the hospital to continue treatment."

Referring to the continuous readiness of maritime search and rescue teams to provide assistance to vessels in distress, the Acting Director General of the Mazandaran Province Ports and Maritime Directorate asked seafarers and fellow citizens to report any accident or emergency situation in the province's coastal waters through number 1550 to the Nowshahr Port Maritime Rescue Coordination Center.
